In recent years, the truffle has become one of the most popular food products in the global gastronomic market. The season of this exquisite product runs from November to mid-March, so this activity can only be done within these dates; however, off-season reservations can be made. Includes: Outing to collect truffles with the owner of the farm and a trained dog, breakfast truffle tasting on the farm, DO Terra Alta wine tasting in the ViOrigen tasting room, lunch and dinner pairing at the Sibarites Restaurant in Gandesa and one night’s accommodation and buffet breakfast at Casa dels Abeuradors.
