How to arrive:

From Gandesa We leave on the C43 road. in the direction of El Pinell de Brai. At 3 kilometers on the right we find the Fonteta Recreation Area and from here begins the track that in 7.5 kilometers will take us to La Fontcalda.

From Prat de Comte we take the T-361 road to the Via verda and from there turning left we will reach the fontcalda in 6 kilometers.

Description: The Canaletes river, as it passes through the Sanctuary of La Fontcalda, narrows to form a small gorge that offers a spectacular landscape. The waters, which make their way between immense stone walls, formed huge pools and natural pools that are a temptation for those who walk around the area when it is hot. The name of this place, La Fontcalda, is due to the hot spring, which is at the end of this area of straits.
